Creative Way to Health
Tzabia brings an eclectic mix of professional and personal pursuits to the development of her nutritional work as The Food Coach and to her weight loss program, Freedom from Dieting.

Since her own weight loss 20 years ago, Tzabia has been driven to understand what is at the root of health, body-esteem and inner peace.

Her training has taken her from a degree in physical education with a specialty in fitness to further studies in, and teaching of, alternative forms of free movement.
She then included a focus in the creative arts, training and then working briefly as a photographer. She also explored her creativity through other art forms, such as dance, painting and collage.

Tzabia’s understanding of the science of nutrition and the art of nourishment comes from certification as a Holistic Nutritionist, 9 years of practice as a Nutritional Advisor and 30 years of personal studies of food, its effect on us, and the practice and teaching of natural cooking.

The need to be able to support her clients to make behavioural change lead her into studies and a practice as a Life Coach, with a speciality in lifetime weight loss.

All of this eclecticism was instrumental in the development of her program for Freedom from Dieting.

Now she writes, speaks about and coaches people globally, in groups and one-on-one, to help them make peace with food, to love their bodies, and to develop a deeper respect for themselves.
